Using predominately Narrative and Solution Focused approaches he works
with families where there has been homelessness, physical, sexual and emotional
abuse, relationship difficulties, marriage and couple work, divorce and separation,
domestic violence and assault, acting out behaviour, grief and loss, eating disorders, and
school related difficulties. Apart from therapy with individuals, couples and families, he also provides individual and group supervision, and runs workshops, seminars, and lectures.
Peter is married with four young adult children. He has a degree in
Psychology and Sociology from the University of New England, and a clinical
Masters degree in Counselling from the University of Western Sydney.
He is a
nationally registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist with PACFA
(Psychotherapists and Counsellors Federation of Australia), and a clinical
member of CAPA (Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association of New South
Wales), and the Family Therapists Association of New South Wales (FTA).
